We’re excited to announce an enhancement to our virtual musculoskeletal (MSK) treatment benefit. Effective July 1, 2025, dependents ages 13 to 17 will now have access to comprehensive virtual MSK treatment through Vori Health. This expansion builds on the current offering, which is already available to adult members aged 18 and older.
This benefit is included with Trustmark major medical plans and gives employees’ teen dependents convenient access to high-quality, expert-guided care, right from home.
What’s Changing?
- New Age Group Added: Dependents ages 13 to 17 now eligible
- Effective Date: Applies to all groups on 7/1/2025
- Eligible Plans:
- Trustmark HealthyEdge℠ (HE)

June 2025
As we have done previously, employers that are required to pay the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) fee will be electronically provided a letter containing their group’s “average covered lives” during the plan year ending in 2024 (using the Snapshot Count method).
The letters will be posted to the Document Center at TrustmarkSB.com/login for the employer, the Broker of Record and the broker's managing general agent to view.
The electronic letters will become available the week of June 9, 2025.
Click here to view the sample letter.
Background
The Affordable Care Act and associated regulations require health insurance issuers and plan sponsors of self-funded group health plans to file and pay an annual PCORI fee. Plan sponsors of self-funded health plan years ending in 2024 are required to pay the fee to the IRS and file Form 720 by July 31, 2025.

Important news for brokers and their clients using MARK. We are transitioning from email-based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to SMS-based (text), providing an extra layer of security and a more convenient user experience for MARK users.
- Enhanced Security: SMS-based 2FA strengthens our additional layer of protection, reducing the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive data. This code is required in addition to the login credentials, making it more difficult for unauthorized individuals to gain access to an account.
- SMS-based 2FA relies on the user having access to their mobile device to receive a one-time code. This strengthens our extra layer of security, as an attacker would need physical possession of the device to intercept the code.
- Additionally, it is less susceptible to common email-based attacks, such as phishing or email account compromise, as the code is sent directly to the user's mobile device.
- Convenience and Accessibility: Users will receive one-time codes directly to their mobile devices, making the verification process more seamless and accessible across different devices.
Why Use MARK Today
MARK offers a modern user experience with the latest technology and built-in efficiencies to underwrite and onboard your groups. This no-cost system is easy to use and offers a responsive design, use of electronic signatures to eliminate printing and scanning, ability to upload census data, a save-as-you-go feature, and an optimized application that streamlines information flow.
