Kelsey Martin Joins Trustmark Voluntary Benefits

At Trustmark, serving our customers starts with welcoming passionate, dynamic, and skilled leaders to our team. That's why we are pleased to announce the addition of Kelsey Martin to our Voluntary Benefits Sales team. With over 10+ years in the industry, Kelsey will serve as Regional Sales Director for Northern California, supporting the Bay Area, and the surrounding areas. 
 
A Northern California native, Kelsey grew up in Walnut Creek and has deep roots in the communities she serves. She also spent several formative childhood years living in Hawaii, an experience that helped shape her perspective and reinforced the importance of connection, balance, and showing up with intention.

Before joining Trustmark, Kelsey most recently worked on the broker side of the business, gaining firsthand insight into brokers’ priorities and challenges. She is excited to bring that experience forward — using what she learned to anticipate needs, strengthen partnerships, and show up as an even better resource for her broker relationships.

Known for leading with kindness, authenticity, and joy, Kelsey brings her whole self to the work she does. Outside of work, you can catch her teaching Pilates, soaking up the California sunshine, spending time with friends, or proudly cheering on her Oregon Ducks.
