Team Trustmark for the three-peat!

For the third consecutive year, Trustmark earned recognition from Crain’s Chicago Business in the publication’s Best Places to Work list. The award is based on results from an employer assessment and an anonymous survey completed by associates working in, or reporting to, a Chicago-area leader. Crain’s created the survey criteria and award in partnership with the Best Companies Group.

Nearly 90 percent of associates said they:

  • Are willing to give extra effort to help the company succeed
  • Are proud to work at Trustmark
  • Understand the importance of their role to the organization’s success
  • Feel their supervisor is open to their opinions and feedback
  • Are able to maintain a reasonable work-life balance
