COVID-19 FAQs for Policy Owners
Like many others, Trustmark is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic while closely focusing on two priorities: the safety of our associates and serving our customers. We want to let you know of steps we’re taking to support our policy owners during this difficult time:

- Provided at least a 90-day premium grace period for all policy owners at the start of the pandemic, and Trustmark is now working to ensure adequate notices are sent to policy owners who are in danger of lapsing and offering the opportunity to pay the necessary premium.
- Providing an easy reinstatement option if you have been furloughed or temporarily laid off and request reinstatement before April 1, 2021.
- Providing an additional one-time $250 Jump-Start benefit if you can’t work due to contracting COVID-19 and qualify for disability benefits before April 1, 2021.
