The Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) is a standardized summary of health plan coverage that allows employers and their employees to easily identify and compare the available benefits. It summarizes the key features of the plan or coverage, such as the covered benefits, cost-sharing provisions, and coverage limitations and exceptions.The policy and plan documents will be provided upon issuance.
