Trustmark Paycheck Protect Insurance
Trustmark Paycheck Protect® insurance marketing pieces and presentations provide a brief description of benefits under DI 516 and applicable riders CFR 516 and JSB 516. This insurance policy/group certificate provides coverage for disabilities resulting from covered accidents or covered sicknesses. It is not a substitute for medical expense insurance, major medical expense insurance or a health benefit plan alternative. It is also not a Medicare Supplement policy, nor is it a policy of worker’s compensation. Please refer to your policy/group certificate and outline of coverage, if applicable, for complete information. Limitations on pre-existing conditions may apply. A waiting period may apply before benefits are payable. Benefits, definitions, exclusions, form numbers and limitations may vary by state. Underwriting conditions may vary, and determine eligibility for the offer of insurance.

Kansas
Policy form DI 516 and applicable rider CFR 516:
We will not pay benefits for losses that are caused by or occur as the result of Your:
- Involvement in any period of armed conflict, even if it is not declared;
- Riding in or driving any motor-driven vehicle in a race, stunt show, or speed test;
- Operating, learning to operate, serving as a crew member of, or jumping or falling from any aircraft, including those which are not motor-driven. This does not include flying as a fare paying passenger;
- Participating or attempting to participate in an illegal activity;
- Committing or trying to commit suicide or injuring Yourself intentionally, whether You are sane or not;
- Addiction to alcohol or drugs;
- Any loss sustained or contracted in consequence of the insured’s being intoxicated or under the influence of any narcotic unless administered on the advice of a physician.
- Having a Pre-Existing Condition as described and limited in this Certificate;
- Having a psychiatric or psychological condition including but not limited to affective disorders, neuroses, anxiety, stress, and adjustment reactions. However, Alzheimer’s disease and other organic senile dementias are covered; and
- Having a work-related Injury.
