At Trustmark, serving our customers means assembling a group of enthusiastic, dynamic, and skilled leaders. That’s why it brings us great pleasure to announce the addition of Sofie Niziak to the Trustmark Voluntary Benefits team. She will assume the role of Regional Sales Representative for the Chicago Metropolitan territory.
Sofie hails from Boston but spent part of her childhood in the Chicagoland area. She’s excited to make her return to the windy city and will be working alongside Joe Goolsby, Trustmark Voluntary Benefits Regional Sales Manager for Chicago.
As a graduate of the University of Virginia (UVA), Sofie holds a bachelor’s degree in French and a minor in Economics. During her time at UVA, she was chair of the Student Ambassador Program, tutored at her local Boys and Girls Club, and interned with Aflac where she created and led multiple marketing campaigns.
In Sofie’s spare time, you can catch her enjoying the outdoors, vacationing in Cape Ann with her family, or helping out at The Newman School – serving as its youngest-ever board member. She is excited to make her return to the insurance industry and build relationships with brokers while showcasing the value of Trustmark’s voluntary benefit solutions. We can’t wait for her to hit the ground running and are excited to have Sofie as the newest addition to the Trustmark family!
